Terms of Service
Effective January 12, 2026. By using LushCoast Codeworks you agree to these terms.
1. Account Use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms or engages in unauthorized activity.
2. Payments and Subscriptions
All purchases are final. Courses are delivered as digital access immediately upon payment. Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate billing or serious technical failures on our side. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled through your account dashboard.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content, code examples, videos, and materials remain the exclusive property of LushCoast Codeworks. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal learning only. Redistribution, recording, or commercial resale of content is strictly prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload malicious code, harass other users, or attempt to reverse-engineer any platform component. We monitor platform usage and may remove content or terminate accounts that breach community guidelines.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations
LushCoast Codeworks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
